An energetic garden is an outdoors space where the elements, representing themselves in their natural state (trees, plants, water, rocks, etc.), are perfectly combined and balanced by using the same principles we use to harmonize a home or site.

In ancients times this was a common reality. The arrangement of outdoors spaces followed a very specific pattern and process with alchemical purposes for meditation and personal transformation. It was intended that by relaxing the body and the mind through the smooth energetic flow created by sound, smells, shapes, and images, the spirit would be able to flow freely. In this way the person would reconnect with his or her own nature by integrating the different aspects of Beingness. We can observe this in some Zen gardens, cloisters or in the gardens of old palaces like La Alhambra in Spain, for example.

Following a specific arrangement of placement and proportions among the elements that conform the garden, according to the latitude and the dimensions of the site, we will accomplish different energetic structures, depending on what we want to feel and experience in the different areas of the garden. We can have spaces for letting go stress, energetic showers to recharge after a long day of work or simply a sweet spot with Heart energy where to sit with a friend and enjoy a nice conversation.

Besides creating blueprints for landscaping, we design elements with specific shapes (swimming pools, ponds, fountains, lamps, benches, plant arrangement, etc.) that create a different array of experiences within the space, no matter how big or small it is. It is not a matter of size but a matter of balanced and directed energetic flow within the space we have.
